Creating a Care Plan

Payment Plans

Every patient is setup on a Care plan with a payment plan option. Option 1,2,3, or 4. If when they check out they aren’t setup on CP1,2,3, or 4 then the Front Office needs to set them up on one.

To be able to create the payment plans you will need to follow these steps:

  • Go to the Patients’ account
  • Click Records
  • New – File – Form
  • Click on Excel Templates Tab at the top
  • Click 7-ASC 2nd Day – Doctors Report
  • Then Okay

There will be tabs at the bottom of the page that lists different payment options. You should only use Fin-PEAK, Wellness Plan, Wellness Plan-MC, and/or Fin-Laser. Make sure when you are filling these in that all the costs are correct. The Pay Arrange tab is what you can use to gather credit card information.

 

There are 4 different types of Fee Plans

  1. Regular Health Plan
  2. Medicare Health Plan
  3. Student Health Plan
  4. Peak Health Plan
  5. Wellness Health Plan

There are 4 different options for the Fee Plan:

  1. CP1-Option # 1 – Paid in full with a 15% discount
  2. CP2-Option # 2 – Payment in the 1st & 3rd Friday of every month with a 10% discount
  3. CP3-Option # 3 – Payment every Friday with a 10% discount
  4. CP4-Option # 4 – Pay as you go
