Setting Up a Room for a Patient

  • Mark Patient Checked In by selecting patient and clicking ‘Check In’ once they sign in
  • When a room is available CA1 will bring patient to the room, set them up and make sure the flags are flipped.
  • Select Room patient is going to and choose Provider patient is seeing and click OK
  • CA1 will call Doctor and let him know when the rooms are all set up for him.

WHEN BUSY: It is sometimes necessary for the PCA1 or PCA2 to setup Treatment Rooms. Please go to the 9 Patient Care Manual to review the Protocol for Room Setup or Review the Room Setup Video.
