You'll find Alpha Spine Center in the Braeburn Office Complex, beside the roundabout at Birmingham Highway and Heritage Walk. Our office is part of the Crabapple community—a place where families, students and neighbors come together.

Our community, since 1999

27+ years of care. Connections that last.

For us, caring for our community goes beyond an office visit. Since 1999, Alpha Spine Center has served local families and built relationships throughout Milton, Crabapple and the surrounding area.

Over the years, our community involvement has included free scoliosis screenings, coffee and donuts on us for Walk My Kid to School Day, and serving high school students at North Point Community Church. These are some of the ways we have shared our time, care and encouragement with our neighbors.

Nearby Milton High School, Northwestern Middle School and Crabapple Crossing Elementary School are part of the community we call home. From school days to football, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, tennis and golf, we value helping people move well and stay active through every stage of life.

Neighbors helping neighbors

Our team has volunteered with North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC). Each Thanksgiving, we collect canned food through our annual food drive and donate it to NFCC to help local families.

At Christmas, we partner with families in need to provide gifts for children—sharing a little joy and reminding our neighbors that they are cared for.

Supporting service and opportunity

We have donated chiropractic care to missionaries from Jamaica connected with ACE (American-Caribbean Experience).

Over the years, we have also partnered with The Academy at Double H Ranch. These relationships are part of our commitment to showing up, sharing our care and serving others.
