Purpose:
To make sure the stage (office) is ready to go to take care of people. When everything thing is prepared to go, it gives everyone the freedom to focus on the patient in front of you. Starting the day and setting the stage is an important aspect of the day. If the stage isn’t set, the show doesn’t go on. Make sure everything in the office has a routine and checklist system. Teach and train your staff to do it the same way everyday so nothing gets left out.

Purpose:
To make sure the Alpha Spine Center is Closed and secure for the night and the weekend.
Making sure the days work is finished is important for the whole Team. Wrapping up the days work is important and keeps things from piling up from the day to day. The close down process makes sure you are ready for the next day as well.
